I don’t care for it. There’s one I drive by regularly for work and it just looks wrong in broad daylight. Doubly worse because the trim is also a GT. It’s okay to own a GT Mustang. In fact, I assume it’s great. But trying to make the rear look vaguely like the Ford GT... NO.

Ive seen this car before! I think it looks alright, though a bit small given how large the hips are.

Yeah it looks a little bit off, I don’t think round tail lights will ever look natural on a Mustang.

I saw one with those taillights too. It was all black and had no badges referencing “Ford” or “Mustang”. Looked pretty good to me, but I’m not a big Mustang guy so I wasn’t offended by it.

Everybody is mentioning the GT, which I see now, but my first thought was Ferrari-knockoff. I don’t hate it, but I prefer the stock tribars.

Tail lights from a different mid engine car are lame and half assed. Go full GT with it or don’t bother.

It looks good!

But it betrays one of the key iconic design elements of the Mustang. It’s hard for me to fully approve.

As for the “GT” badging, I find it kind of deceptive, but in a very unfortunate and non-intentional way. I should be careful to focus my dislike on Ford’s use of “GT” as a model name. It should only have ever been used to denote a trim level.
